Divisions & Programs

Since its inception in 1975, the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School has been recognized for its contributions to patient care, research and education. In addition to traditional management of ear, nose, and throat disorders, the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Provides expert care for a multitude of complex disorders that affect the head and neck region. Each faculty member has undergone extensive fellowship training in this area of expertise for which he has achieved national recognition. The Department combines basic and translational research, advanced clinical trials and team-based approach to provide patients with the most advanced care. The Department has developed Centers of Excellence to provide multidisciplinary care of specific disease processes affecting the head and neck region.
